Goat Cheese & BBQ Chicken Flatbread

Ingredients
4-6 Flatbreads or Pitas
8 oz Goat Cheese
1/2 cup Texas Pete BBQ Sauce (choose preferred flavor), and more for topping
1 cup Rotisserie Chicken, shredded
1/2 Red Onion, thinly sliced
1 Cup Arugula
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- In a medium bowl, add chicken and Texas Pete BBQ Sauce and stir until well combined.
- Place flatbreads on a parchment-lined baking sheet and spread with a generous amount of goat cheese, top with chicken, and red onion slices.
- Place in the oven for 7–12 minutes, watching closely, until chicken is heated through.
- Remove from oven, slice into quarters but keep arranged together. Top with more Texas Pete BBQ if desired and fresh arugula. Serve hot and enjoy!
