Salad with BBQ Vinaigrette

Ingredients
Vinaigrette:
1/2 cup Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
3 tbsp Apple Cider Vinega
1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 tbsp Honey
1/4 tsp Sea Salt, to taste
Freshly Ground Black Pepper, to taste
2 tbsp GMG BBQ Sauce
Salad:
4 cups Mixed Greens
1/2 Red Onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
1/2 English Cucumber, sliced into half moons
1/2 cup Almonds, roughly chopped
1/2 cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
Directions
- In a small bowl add all ingredients for the vinaigrette and whisk until combined. Set aside.
- In a large bowl layer mixed greens, red onion, tomatoes, cucumber, almonds and feta. Pour dressing over salad and mix until combined. Serve.
