1 cup Green Mountain Gringo® Salsa, drained
1 Pizza crust, pre-made
1 cup Black beans, canned, drained
1/2 lb. Skirt steak, marinated, grilled and sliced thin
1/2 lb. Mexican Chihuahua cheese, grated
1/4 cup Green chilies, diced
- Spread the pizza crust evenly with the salsa and beans.
- Lay the steak slices over the salsa and sprinkle on the cheese, sprinkle on the green chilies and bake in a 400 degree oven until the cheese gets melty.
- Garnish with the onions and olives and spoon on the sour cream and guacamole.
- Serve the jalapeño slices on the side.
