Nacho Pizza

  • Green Mountain Gringo® Salsa, drained
    1 cup
  • Pizza crust, pre-made
  • Black beans, canned, drained
    1 cup
  • Skirt steak, marinated, grilled and sliced thin
    1/2 lb.
  • Mexican Chihuahua cheese, grated
    1/2 lb.
  • Green chilies, diced
    1/4 cup
  • Spread the pizza crust evenly with the salsa and beans.
  • Lay the steak slices over the salsa and sprinkle on the cheese, sprinkle on the green chilies and bake in a 400 degree oven until the cheese gets melty.
  • Garnish with the onions and olives and spoon on the sour cream and guacamole.
  • Serve the jalapeño slices on the side.
