Southwest Tuna Salad
Servings: 4 | Prep Time: 20 Minutes
2/3 cup GMG Medium Salsa
1 bag No Yolk® egg noodles
1 can Hannaford® Black Beans, rinsed, drained
1 can Delmonte® Whole Kernel Sweet Corn, drained
1 or 2 pouches StarKist® Flavor Fresh Tuna
1/2 cup Hannaford® Low Fat Ranch Dressing
To taste StarKist® Honey and Oven Roasted Almonds
- Cook noodles according to package directions
- Drain and rinse pasta in cold water
- Place noodles in large bowl and top with black beans, corn and tuna. Drizzle with dressing, salsa and almonds. Toss well.
- Refrigerate 30 minutes to allow flavors to mellow and blend. Enjoy with Green Mountain Gringo® Tortilla Strips!
