with Green Mountain Gringo Roasted Chile Pepper Salsa
INGREDIENTS
1 – 12 oz. jar GMG Salsa, preferred flavor
½ cup (additional as needed) Milk
1 tbsp Butter
1 lb. Queso melting cheese
1 tsp Garlic powder*
INSTRUCTIONS
Cut cheese into small pieces.
Place milk and butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Heat until warm and butter is melted.
Add cheese and cook, stirring frequently until melted and smooth.
Add Green Mountain Gringo® Salsa and garlic powder. Continue to heat and stir until heated thoroughly. You may omit garlic powder if using Green Mountain Gringo® Medium Garlic Salsa
