Salsa Con Queso

  • GMG Salsa, preferred flavor
    1 – 12 oz. jar
  • Milk
    ½ cup (additional as needed)
  • Butter
    1 tbsp
  • Queso melting cheese
    1 lb.
  • Garlic powder*
    1 tsp
  • Cut cheese into small pieces.
  • Place milk and butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Heat until warm and butter is melted.
  • Add cheese and cook, stirring frequently until melted and smooth.
  • Add Green Mountain Gringo® Salsa and garlic powder. Continue to heat and stir until heated thoroughly.
  • Serve immediately.
*You may omit garlic powder if using Green Mountain Gringo® Medium Garlic Salsa
